ARC 38 Quarantine Protocol
This document is written in the context of the COVID-19 Pandemic, and will be in effect until further notice, as an addition to our Code of Conduct, which otherwise consists of the ARC Etiquette and ARC-38 Nonprofit Bylaws. Those documents are still in effect, in addition to this document.
Stay Home If You’re Sick – If you’re sick, do not come to Our Land.
Cover Your Face – Face covers (masks, scarves, etc.) and gloves MUST BE WORN in common areas, and when around others – If you are within 10 feet of someone, YOU MUST WEAR YOUR FACE COVER INCLUDING IN CARS.
Social Distancing – All individuals are to be 10 feet apart, 7 feet MINIMUM. No more than 9 people TOTAL on Our Land at any given time, including staff and volunteers – So please schedule all visits ahead of time (see Notify & Confirm All Visits below)
Radical Self Reliance – Bring your own gear, tools, food, water, and tent & bedding if staying overnight – Click here for a packing list. You’ll need to be able to set-up on your own during this time. Check with onsite staff before setting up camp.
Hygiene – As per the Radical Self Reliance item, Do Not share your personal belongings with one another. Wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer frequently.
Members Only – ARC Members only on the property during Quarantine. Visit https://arc38.org/join to become a member. You must have your visit pre-arranged and consented to by the ARC staff with preferably a week’s notice.
Notify & Confirm All Visits – Members should schedule visits with onsite staff before arrival. People who arrive without scheduling will be asked to leave. CONFIRM YOU HAVE ALL THE ITEMS ON THE Radical Self Reliance CHECKLIST and HAVE READ THIS PROTOCOL. Thereafter you may call at 845.859.9444
